I was glad to see the box show up on time and in really good shape. When I opened it up, there weren’t any dents or damage, and everything worked just like it should. Simple, but it was exactly what I was hoping for.

"Decent laptop, but I felt a bit misled"
I got my laptop from MDG it showed up in great shape. It runs fast, feels solid, and I haven’t had any problems with it so far. For the price, the quality is good. That said, I did feel a little misled by how things were presented before buying, so while I’m happy with the laptop itself, the overall experience left me with mixed feelings.

"Easier approval than I expected"
I didn’t think I’d get approved because my credit isn’t exactly great, but it ended up being easy. My cousin had a similar experience, so I figured I’d give it a try, and I’m glad I did. It did take a little while to get through everything, and a few parts could’ve been explained more clearly, but overall it worked out fine. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Prices are just okay"
Some items are priced decently, but I noticed a few things cost more than what I’ve seen at other places. It’s not terrible overall, but the higher prices feel avoidable. I just wish the deals were a little better.

"Customer service was super slow"
I placed my order and had a quick question, but wow, getting someone to respond was a whole mission. I emailed and waited days just to get some basic reply that didn’t really help at all. Tried calling too, but that wasn’t much better. It felt like nobody was trying to deal with it. Frustrating, not gonna lie

"Just didn’t feel trustworthy to me"
I tried using MDG, and for some reason it just didn’t sit right with me. The pricing and payment details felt kind of confusing, and I didn’t feel like everything was laid out clearly from the start.
When I reached out to customer service, that didn’t really help either. The replies felt generic, like I wasn’t getting real answers. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my money again.

"The payments seemed okay at first, but they really add up"
I went with MDG because I needed a laptop and didn’t have all the money upfront. The approval process was simple, so I can’t really complain about that part. Maybe I should’ve looked into other options more, but at the time it felt like the easiest route.
The thing is, the weekly payments don’t seem that bad at first. I remember thinking it was manageable, but once I actually looked at the total amount I’d be paying, it felt like way more than the laptop was worth. Maybe that’s on me for not paying closer attention, but it still didn’t feel great.
It did help me get what I needed when I needed it, so I don’t want to say it was completely awful. But I’m not sure I’d use MDG again unless I really had no other choice. I’d probably try harder to save up or find a cheaper option next time.

"Order processing dragged on too long"
I’m giving 2 stars because the order took way longer to process than I expected. After placing it, I kept checking for updates and it felt like nothing was happening, which got frustrating and left me feeling mentally drained. Customer service was alright when I reached out, but the lack of updates while waiting made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. Not the worst, but definitely not great.

"Pretty frustrating if you need any flexibility"
I’ll be honest, this was more annoying than I expected. I figured there would be some kind of flexible payment option, or at least a way to work something out, but nope. It felt like every step just led to another little roadblock. Maybe it works fine for people who can pay exactly their way on their schedule, but if you need any wiggle room at all, it just makes things harder...

"Tracking was okay, but not always accurate"
I ordered from mdg.ca and my delivery did show up, so really, that part was fine and I didn’t have any major issues with actually getting the package.
The tracking was kind of confusing though. It said my package was still in another city, and then suddenly it was out for delivery that same day, so it made it really hard to plan around being home.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think the tracking could be updated better so you have a clearer idea of when your order is actually coming

"Fixed in the end, but what a slog"
Had a problem with my order and, to be fair, support did eventually fix it. But wow, it took way more back-and-forth than it should’ve. I had to repeat the same stuff a couple times like I was talking to a bunch of amateurs. It got sorted in the end, so I’m not furious, but they definitely need to be quicker and less clueless about handling simple issues.

Not gonna lie, using the website was frustrating. It loaded slowly for me, and a few pages felt cluttered or hard to follow. I ended up spending way too long just trying to find basic information. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but it was definitely annoying.

I tried placing an order on mdg.ca, but the identity check ended up being a hassle. Since they needed me to send the same things more than once, the whole process slowed down. Support took a while to get back too, so it made the wait even more annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

I tried canceling my order with mdg.ca, and it did eventually go through, but it took longer than I thought it would. I had to reach out to support more than once and then wait, wait, wait for updates, which got a little frustrating.
The support people were nice enough, so that part was fine, but the whole process just wasn’t very quick. The return info was also kind of confusing, confusing in a way where I had to reread it a couple times. Not the worst experience, but it could definitely be smoother...

Some sections had enough to choose from, while others seemed limited. For me, it’s the kind of place I’d check if I had something specific in mind, but I wouldn’t expect a huge variety...
